have you all noticed that i haven't been doing much crafting lately? i've been so busy that i haven't had time to make anything...
but don't worry- the crafting bug is still in me.
i have so many projects i want to do
and i can't wait until the semester is over so i can do them!
here are some of the projects for summer:
Suitcase Chair. this really doesn't look too difficult. anyone know where i can find a vintage suitcase? i really want to make it black and white to match our living room.
i love this anthropologie inspired lamp shade.
i found a tutorial at tatertots and jello, and i can't wait to replace our ugly lamps (that came with our apartment...) and make this one!
also found this sunburst mirror at tatertots and jello, isn't it amazing?
i think it would be so fun in our kitchen or as a focal point in our main bathroom? i'm not sure yet... but i'm definitely make it. so cool!
any projects in the works for you?

Okay! So I have been wanting to make an ottoman for a high back, wing chair we have in our living room. Can I steal you chair idea? It looks so cute! Only, I'd only use half of the suit case. Can you picture it??
Hay Hay! I love those ideas mucho. I want that lamp for my house, you'll have to help me! Me and mom both agree you have an awesome eye. Love you!
I feel a little odd leaving a comment but I just couldn't resist! I love the suitcase idea and I found my favorite old vintage suitcase at DI. Every once in awhile you get lucky! If not, there are antique shops I haven't been in yet but saw over in Spanish Fork and another as you head out towards West Mountain... I would try there!
that suitcase chair is amazing!!!!!!! I love it. After you make it I want to sit in it okay? you are so awesome!!!
