Healthy Lunch Inspiration

Since my lunch is usually eaten on the go and I'm scrambling every morning to get out the door on time, packing a lunch can be difficult.
It usually consists of some sort of granola bar, yogurt, and maybe a cheesestick or two.
And while those options are healthy, they don't tide me over until I get home sometimes at 6 or 7 at night.
One of my goals this year is to eat more balance meals, which so far has been great for dinner and breakfast. Somehow though, lunch is still being neglected.
So here are some healthy lunch ideas that I've been pinning, which will hopefully give me some inspiration to pack a lunch!

Avocado, Tomato, & Sprouts with Chive Spread on Whole Wheat

Peach, Cherry, Brie & Arugula Panini

Peanut Butter Banana Wrap with Strawberries, Honey, and Oats

Apple Slices with Almond Butter, Oats, Nuts & Chocolate Chips

What do you do for lunch?
Any suggestions?

I am so proud of you. Operation Hot Bod is a go!

I love Tuna on toasted sourdough bread, with those delicious low cal white cheddar cheeto puffs and the little cutie oranges from costco. It's a great and quick lunch.

Toast a slice of bread, spread fresh avocado on it, and top it off with a cooked egg. It's actually better for breakfast, but if you throw on some turkey OR bacon, some tomato, slice of cheese, and another piece of bread, it makes the ultimate lunch sandwich! What can i say? i'm a sucker for some fresh avocado.
