working the system

i first want to thank everyone who contributed to our new life together, and secondly i want to thank those who purchased a target gift card from our registry.

for our wedding we registered at Target and Bed, Bath, and Beyond. 

i was uncertain to register at Target because i simply think you can find cuter house decor at Williams-Sonoma, Crate & Barrel, or Pottery Barn.

but, we didn't register for very much from target and ended up "working the system."

we didn't buy groceries for the first 3 months of our marriage!

we used our gift cards to buy groceries at SuperTarget and were so lucky that until yesterday, we didn't spend money on groceries.

i love you target.

and those who gave us a target gift card or any gift.

speaking of, thank you notes are almost on their way!
